KELLIHER, SR. MARY TERESA - Sr. Mary Teresa Kelliher of the Sisters of St. Francis, Hastings-on-Hudson, died on August 20, 2001. She was born in Ireland on May 12, 1904 to Patrick and Bridget Dowling Kelliher. She entered the convent on December 20, 1931 and professed final vows on July 14, 1937. Sister held various positions in teaching and child care for over 50 years in Staten Island. She is survived by a sister Lillian Mc Evoy of Lake Grove, L.I. and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Wednesday and Thursday 2-7 pm, at Immaculate Conception Motherhouse, 49 Jackson Avenue, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday 7 pm at Our Lady of Angels Chapel of the Motherhouse. Burial will be Friday morning in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
