HULSE, LEE MICHAEL - Lee Michael Hulse, age 51, of Carmel, NY, died December 1, 2007 at his home. Mr. Hulse was born September 15, 1956 in Buffalo, NY to Gordon and Patricia (Trojan) Hulse. He graduated from Brewster High School. Mr. Hulse married Debra Greco on August 29, 1992 in the Bronx, NY. He later renewed his vows in April of 2000 at St. James 'The Apostle' Church in Carmel, NY. Mr. Hulse was a meat cutter working at AandP Supermarkets throughout Westchester. He had worked as a meat manager at the Grand Central Market in Connecticut for 18 years prior. Mr. Hulse enjoyed many rides upon his Harley Davidson motorcycle and always there could be found a Monte Carlo parked in his driveway. Debra and Lee Michael enjoyed many long walks on beaches throughout the years. Besides his wife, Debra of 15 years, Mr. Hulse is survived by his step-daughter, Valerie Muniz and her husband, William of Bethlehem, PA; a sister, Elaine Plunkett of Pawling, NY; three brothers, Marc G. Hulse of Florida, John C. Hulse of Danbury, CT and Karl C. Hulse of Putnam Lake; two grandchildren, William and Emily Muniz. Also three nieces and a nephew. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 7, 2007, 11:30 AM, at St. James 'The Apostle' Church, Carmel, NY. A private cremation will follow. Friends may call at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY on Thursday from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Lee Michael's name to a charity of your choice.
