Charles Woodfin Massey of West Nyack passed away on Monday, December 12, 2005 at the age of 56. He was born in Arkansas, on August 13, 1949 to Charles L. and the late Edris (Haynes) Massey. Mr. Massey married Rosalie Sferlazza on August 18, 1979 at the Clarkstown Reformed Church in West Nyack. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked at the West Nyack Home Depot and Mid-Rockland Imaging. Charles was a hard worker, good husband, father and son. He enjoyed watching football and was a fan of the Redskins and Arkansas Razorbacks. He is survived by his wife Rosalie, two sons, Charles Paul and Michael, his father, Charles L. Massey, his sister, Priscilla Miller and her husband James and a niece Corinne Miller. Friends may call Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the “Family Owned“ Joseph W. Sorce F.H. Inc. where services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am with the Rev. David Lothrop.
