Maggie Anne Sheerin, age 5, died Sunday, August 17, 2008 in South Hampton, LI, NY. Maggie Anne was born in Mt. Kisco, NY on February 26, 2003 to Christopher and Sheila (Moran) Sheerin. Maggie Anne had lived in Brewster for the past 4 years and Mt. Kisco during her first year. She was an Irish Step Dancer and enjoyed swimming and coloring. She loved princesses and playing dress up. Maggie Anne had shown great potential through her artistic abilities. Besides her parents, Maggie Anne is survived by a sister, Kiera Elizabeth Sheerin of Brewster; her maternal grandmother Margaret Moran of Mt. Kisco; her paternal grandparents, James and Carol Sheerin of North Salem, NY; two uncles, Patrick and Kathy Moran, Brendan Moran; four aunts, Mary and Scott May, Debbie and Daniel Clifford, Patricia and Thomas Quaglino and Carolyn and Brian Bender; her bunny Flopsy and her fish Minnie and Backpack. Also several cousins and the many, many friends she made wherever she went. Maggie Anne was pre-deceased by her grandfather Terence Moran. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 22, 2008 10AM at St. Lawrence O'Toole Church, Brewster, NY. Interment following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. Friends may call at the Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
