Joy Christine Krebs, a native of Congers, died of complications of breast cancer on Sunday, September 30, 2007. Born on December 26, 1942, she is survived by a younger sister, Audrey Katzer, and a younger brother, William Krebs. An older sister,Valerie Machold, died in 2003.
