Brian Alexander Karell, a resident of Chestnut Ridge, died Tuesday, November 9, 1999. He was 50. Born June 4, 1949 in Yonkers to Alexander and Dorina Panaroni Karell, he worked as a self employed custom model maker; was a member of the Suffern Fire Dept., and an active member of the New City Gospel Fellowship Church. Brian was a man of many talents, with a big heart and easy smile. He touched all who met him and gave each of us a new and wonderful perspective on life. His sense of humor, generosity, kindness and love will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife Marta, a daughter Nicole Karell, and mother Dorina Karell. His father Alexander predeceased him in 1992. Friends may call Thursday & Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place Saturday 10 am at the New City Gospel Fellowship Church. Interment will follow at the Brick Church Cemetery.
