AvalonBay Communities, Inc., a customer focused development, construction and property management company, is looking for the right candidate to lead our customer service efforts. Based at our corporate headquarters in Alexandria, VA, this position will set AvalonBay’s multi-year national customer service strategy. This strategy will guide AvalonBay’s customer service standards and philosophy across our entire portfolio, currently consisting of 45,474 apartment homes in ten states and the District of Columbia.
