Blair Marisa Endresen, a daughter of Jan and Gail Endresen of Rye, New York, was married on June 25, 2005, to Edouard Winslow Metrailler, the son of Anne Metrailler of London, Eng-land, and the late Gaston Metrailler.
Reverend Monsignor Patrick Boyle, Pastor and Vicar for Central Westchester, and Reverend Monsignor George Tracy, Founder and Director of Cor Christi Institute, performed the ceremony at Church of the Resurrection in Rye, followed by a reception at The Apawamis Club.
Leigh Endresen of Rye was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Anne Metrailler, the bridegroom's sister; Phoebe Booth, Chandler Bass, Maja Byrnes and Margaret Klarberg, all of New York City, Loren Smith of Rye, Kate Earls of Los Angeles, and Stephanie Ellis of Chicago.
Alexander Saltonstall of Boston was the best man. Groomsmen were Michael Linse, Kwasi Kwarteng, Alastair Roberts and Piers Ouvaroff, all of London; Jerey Linzee and Edward Shergalis, both of New York City, Sam Brown of Los Angeles; and Reed Endresen of Rye, the bride's brother.
The bride, 26, is an associate in the Investment Management Division at Lehman Brothers in New York. She graduated from Rye Country Day School and Harvard College where she was captain of the varsity squash team. The couple met at Harvard. Her father is the Chief Executive Officer of Aerotech World Trade Corp.
The bridegroom, 29, is an associate in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York. He graduated from Eton College in Windsor, England, and magna cum laude from Harvard College. He received an MBA with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School. His father, a lawyer, was General Manager of the Europe Tax Group for ChevronTexaco.
The newlyweds are honeymooning in Italy. They will live in New York City.
