Why are you running for office or seeking re-election?
I HAVE A STRONG BELEIF THAT EDUCATION IS THE CORNER STONE OF OUR SOCIETY. I WISH TO SEE THE CHILDREN OF OUR COMMUNITY RECEIVE THE SAME OPPORTUNITIES THAT MY CHILDREN ENJOYED WHILE ATTENDING LAKELAND SCHOOLS.

What in your personal, civic or professional experience recommends your election or return to office?
PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE ENTERING AN ERA OF DECREASING REVENUES AND INCREASING EXPENSES. THE FUTURE HOLDS MANY CHALLENGES FOR SCHOOLS TO MAINTAIN QUALITY EDUCATION STANDARDS. MY YEARS OF ADMINISTERING MY PRIVATE PRACTICE COUPLED WITH MY SIX YEARS OF SERVICE ON THE LAKELAND BOARD PROVIDE ME WITH THE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES FACING SCHOOLS TODAY

What would be your top three priorities if you are elected or re-elected?
PRIORITIES 1 ) LONG TERM FISCAL PLANNING IS AN IMPERATIVE TO REMAIN SOLVENT. WITHOUT PROPER BUDGETING PROGRAM AND STAFFING WILL SUFFER. 2) MAINTAIN CLASS SIZE AND PROGRAM OFFERINGS 3) MAINTAIN CORDIAL RELATIONS WITH ALL EMPLOYEE UNITS.
AS A BOARD MEMBER I CONTRIBUTED TO LAKELAND/'/S SUCESS IN REMAINING WITHIN THE NEW YORK STAE TAX CAP WITHOUT CUTS IN STAFFING OR REDUCTIONS IN PROGRAM
