Why are you running for office or seeking re-election?
I love Nanuet and I love working with and for the students and families in Nanuet. I am so proud of our school district and look forward to helping it be a good experience for all who attend here.

What in your personal, civic or professional experience recommends your election or return to office?
My many years as a PTA volunteer and School Board member. I also have many volunteer activities with my church, the United Methodist Church of New City. For 25 years I helped run the youth group, have taught Sunday School and now work on the United Methodist Women committee, the Church and Society Committee, the Church Council and am an active participant in the services. I often do the children/'/s sermons, which I thoroughly enjoy and I think they do also.

What would be your top three priorities if you are elected or re-elected?
1. Continue to support an atmosphere conducive to learning for the students and faculty. It truly is fun to learn.
2. Continue to see the progress with our Outdoor Education Center. It continues to grow and change constantly.
3. Continue to have budgets acceptable to our taxpayers and meetings where anyone can feel welcome and free to ask questions or give an opinion. I am so proud of our Board because we all like each other and respect each other and respect the public as well. The faculty and administration are the best.
