Why are you running for office or seeking re-election?
After my years of service in the community, a career practicing in local, state and federal courts, and experience as both a civilian and military Judge, I hope to continue serving the community by administering justice in an intelligent, fair and compassionate manner.

What in your personal, civic or professional experience recommends your election or return to office?
Through my service as a sitting Town Justice, former Judge in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the U.S. Navy, a long-time practicing attorney and local resident with children in the Mamaroneck schools, I know the importance of fair adjudication of disputes and the need to help parties inexperienced with the court system to understand the process. Every case our local Court decides is important to the parties, who must have confidence that they are treated fairly.

What would be your top three priorities if you are elected or re-elected?
It is not appropriate for candidates for judicial office to campaign on policy issues of this nature.
